DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Controller will assist in the daily financial management tasks to fulfill reporting and accounting requirements for the Trust. Will assist the Controller in bookkeeping and accounting services, and the assembly of income tax information. Will help to process daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and payroll. Under direction of the Controller will help with month end, year-end close, and perform and review account analysis and reconciliation. Work with German speaking bookkeeper and property management in Germany.

REQUIREMENTS:          
Bachelor degree in economics or accounting. Must be fluent in German / English (bilingual).

START DATE:
11/01/03 or sooner

SALARY:
Depends on experience.
